This work is collaborative and active. Together, we’ll explore what’s happening internally—through body-based tools, emotional processing, and practical strategies—so you can move forward with more clarity, confidence, and ease.

  • Somatic Therapy – To help you listen to your body and regulate your nervous system

  • Parts Work (IFS-Informed) – To explore conflicting inner voices with compassion and clarity

  • EMDR – For resolving lingering trauma and emotional stuckness

  • Relational Dialogue – To improve communication, boundaries, and self-trust
